Description

The Cantina Collection of fine hand-woven rattan outdoor furniture from RST Outdoor is the perfect blend of European sophistication, long-lasting comfort, and exceptional quality. Commercial quality PE Rattan is cool to the touch and won't stick to the skin like vinyl or plastics. Powder-coated aluminum frames are strong but lightweight and very easy to maintain. This Collection features ultra plush cushions and pillows in striking crimson, with contrasting accent pillows.

Shipping Information

RST Outdoor products ship from Carson, California within one to two weeks via a variety of carriers.  RST Outdoor furniture will ship to anywhere in the continental USA within two (2) weeks of the order date.  Please allow 5 - 7 days for ground transportation to your location. Customers are provided tracking numbers so they can track their order. For expedited shipping please contact customer service.

Most ordered items will ship via ground shipping by companies such as UPS or FedEx.  If the item is excessively large (such as an 8’ x 10’ rug) or if there are many of the same item (such as six lamps), the items will ship via truck freight. Returns Information

Many of the products we offer are customizable, with cushions that are made-to-order. As a result, some of the manufacturers we sell do not accept returns of these items (except in the case of incorrect or defective items). (800) 381-2982

For those manufacturers that accept NON DAMAGED returns, the following information applies. All returns must be in original packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a refund less return shipping charges and a maximum 15% factory re-stocking fee if applicable. Please contact us at (800) 381-2982 for details.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase less return shipping fees and factory re-stocking fees if applicable. We never keep your credit card information on file so you will receive a call from one of our Customer Service Experts to process your refund.

Return shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items). Shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Due to shipping costs, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for orders delivered beyond the continental USA.

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items - 14 Day's From Delivery Policy

When your order arrives, be sure to inspect it to ensure that you received the correct products and that they were not damaged during transit. If you notice damages, be sure to note the damages with the delivery driver before you sign for it and contact our customer service department immediately. Although we experience very little concealed damages, we recommend (for large truck LTL deliveries) that you sign the delivery receipt notating "Pending Inspection". If you experience concealed damage, notating this for future reference will assist us with your claim process.

We know that sometimes it's not possible to notice all discrepancies before unpacking everything, long after the carrier has left. In such a case, please contact our Customer Service Experts within 14 days of delivery and they will be happy to address the situation.

In all cases of damaged and incorrect shipments, we will gladly replace the item and the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange.

 

Repackaging and Shipping your Returns

After contacting us to process a return and get you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you will need to prepare your item for shipment. Please repack the item to be returned securely in the original packaging. Please write your RMA number in large characters on the outside of the box. Make sure the package is fully sealed before shipping. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.

Our Customer Service Experts will arrange to have the item picked up from your home. No need to take the item and have it shipped yourself; we'll take care of the legwork. Remember that return shipping charges and factory restocking fees (if applicable) are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items).

Two Types of Returns

  • Warranty return defined as a product found to be defective under the Warranty criteria established below.
  • Dissatisfaction defined as any return reason outside the Warranty criteria below. This would include customer dissatisfaction in the performance, color or usability of the product or buyer's remorse.

Product Return Process

  • Customer is required to call RST customer service line (801) 924-2090 ext 713.
  • RMA is created and logged.
  • Customer is emailed a return label with instructions to place label on the outside of the box.
  • SMALL PACKAGE ITEMS: UPS Shipping label contains the RMA and address to for product to be returned to Network Logistics Inc. (NLI).
  • LTL ITEMS: CEVA Logistics is notified, by RST CS, with pick up directions for products going back to CEVA.
  • SMALL PACKAGE ITEMS: Customer is given instructions to affix label to box and take to the nearest UPS Store for return shipping to NLI.
  • Product arrives at NLI or CEVA and logged in against the RMA number on the RST Returns Log.
  • NLI or CEVA inspects all return items for completeness.
  • For defective product that cannot be repaired, NLI or CEVA places product in RAN area for future disposition.
  • NLI or CEVA notifies RST Customer Service with a daily receiving LOG with the condition and details of returned product.
  • FOR DISSATISFACTION RETURNS: RST CS issues credit to customer through Google Cart for total amount of the original purchase less 15% restocking fee less the cost of return shipping.
  • FOR WARRANTY RETURN: based on NLI or CEVA inspection, product is refurbished and returned to customer or replacement product is shipped to the consumer prepaid. If repair is not possible and replacement is not available a refund is issued for the full amount paid.

Red Star Traders Warranty For All Products

(Length of warranty may vary by product category as necessitated by market requirements. A printed copy of the following will be placed in the user's manual of all products and printed online under WARRANTY INFORMATION.)

  • RED STAR TRADERS, LLC (RST) hereby warrants that RST Living and RST Outdoor products to be free from defects in the material or workmanship to the original consumer purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The word "defects," as used in this warranty, is defined as a defect which impairs the utility of the product.
  • RED STAR TRADERS, LLC (RST) hereby warrants that RST Marine products to be free from defects in the material or workmanship to the original consumer purchaser for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. The word "defects," as used in this warranty, is defined as a defect which impairs the utility of the product.
  • This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of RST products having defects in material or workmanship. If a component is determined to be defective, within the terms of the warranty, RST will furnish a replacement component at no cost. If the entire product is found to be defective, upon inspection by RST, RST may repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.
  • This warranty applies under conditions of normal use, but does not apply to defects that result from intentional or accidental damage, negligence or unreasonable use.
  • This warranty applies only to product purchased and shipped to customers in the Continental United States.
  • All implied warranties arising under state law are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
  • Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, within the Continental United States.
  • Immediately report any defect to RST by calling (801) 924-2090 X713 or you can send email to customerservice@redstartraders.com. You must include a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase for warranty consideration. A return shipping label will be emailed to you with directions on how the product will be picked up.
  • In the event that a package arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and contact RST by calling (801) 924-2090 X713.
  • To the extent permitted by law, all sales of RST products are governed by Utah law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.

Red Star Traders Satisfaction Warranty

  • You may return new items sold and fulfilled by redstartraders.com within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the product (not including the original shipping fee) less a 15% restocking fee. The RST product must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation to receive the allowable refund. You will be required to pay the cost of return shipping to Red Star Traders. The return freight fee along with the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount credited to your bank account.
  • Items must arrive at our warehouse within 45 days of the original delivery to you to qualify for a refund.
  • RST will pay for the return shipping costs ONLY if the product was shipped to you in error.
  • You can expect to receive your refund to be credited to your bank account within four weeks of the receipt of the product at our warehouse.
  • To receive a refund, you must contact RST by calling (801) 924-2090 X713 or you can send email to customerservice@redstartraders.com. You must provide a copy of your sales receipt for return consideration. A return shipping label will be emailed to you with directions on how the product is to be returned. In the case of packages that can be shipped by UPS, you will be instructed to affix the return label to the package and drop off at any UPS drop-off location. In the case of products that cannot be shipped by UPS, you will be contacted by CEVA Logistics for a pick up appointment.
  • To the extent permitted by law, all sales of RST products are governed by Utah law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
