This is a non-returnable product. Please be sure of measurements and sling fabric prior to ordering. We are happy to send FREE samples of sling fabrics (see samples request icon above) before ordering. Custom slings are not returnable or refundable due to incorrect size, color or the inability to install.

With a few simple measurements, The Living Quarters can make custom made replacement slings for most outdoor patio furniture. If the fabric in your patio chairs and chaise lounges is looking a little worn and faded, now is the time to replace your slings and save money! Why buy new sling style patio furniture when you can replace the slings and save? Choose from over 100 top quality outdoor mesh replacement sling fabrics that are made in the USA. Order free sling fabric samples before your order. See our detailed instructions on how to install replacement slings on outdoor patio furniture. Pricing for replacement sling includes fabric sewn to size and new plastic sling rods. All replacement patio slings are made using a double seam of Gore Tenara Thread which has a lifetime warranty against deterioration. The Living Quarters is not responsible for inaccurate color matching based on the colors shown on your monitor. For truest color match please request FREE color samples (see samples request icon above) prior to ordering.

Please Try Installing Your New Sling Before Contacting Us! Do not compare the size of your new sling to your old sling. It will not be the same. Old slings have stretched over time. Your new sling will appear smaller than your original sling. If you are experiencing trouble installing your new sling, please read How to Install Your Sling. Slings are non-returnable and non-refundable. If The Living Quarters made your slings incorrectly, we will gladly make adjustments at no charge. If the customer has made an error when measuring, we will gladly work to make the necessary adjustments. We want your slings to fit and our customers to be happy with our product. Additional labor fees (if any) will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

This product ships FREE within 2-3 weeks

Most ordered items will ship via ground shipping by companies such as UPS or FedEx. If the item is excessively large (such as an 8’ x 10’ rug) or if there are many of the same item (such as six lamps), the items will ship via truck freight. Works well Review by Guest: I was a little worried as the width of the sling was the measurment I gave you. Not to worry because it fits perfectly. I took the chairs to a local body shop where they had a stretcher to insert the top bar at the back of the chair. That was the only thing we could not do on our own. Very Satisfied Review by Sam: The slings were exactly what we wanted. The fit was perfect. I've never changed a sling before, but with your instructions and practice, the last one was very quick. Sling replacement Review by Casey: It was wonderful to find that we could replace the old, torn sling and not have to buy a whole new deck chair. The measurement guide was very helpful. I just wish we could have gotten the exact same color/pattern design. Our chairs have green/red stripes. We replaced it with the green/white stripe. Your prices were the lowest I found on the web. Review by Jimmy: Your installation video was great and the slings fit really great. I would not advise anyone to try installing a sling without a spreader bar. The only thing I had trouble with was installing the sling spline into the sling. The blocked edge kept getting caught on the inside seem. I would recommend that you round off the edge on one end of the spline. Again, they fit great. (Posted on 9/6/11)

works OK Review by Dan: It's important to follow instructions for measuring exactly. I did this, and got a perfect fit. Be warned--the installation takes some work and is not particularly easy. The sling itself is very well made, and the seams are double stitched, way more sturdy than the original it replaced. The color happens to match exactly on a 1995-maufacture chair, which was a nice surprise. A new equivalent chair would cost way over $200, so repairing makes sense. (Posted on 8/14/11)

The Living Quarters replacement slings will ship to anywhere in the continental USA within two (2) weeks of the order date. Orders are shipped from Dallas, Texas. Please allow 5 - 7 days for ground transportation to your location. Customers are provided tracking numbers so they can track their order. For expedited shipping please contact customer service.

Returns Information

Many of the products we offer are customizable, with cushions that are made-to-order. As a result, some of the manufacturers we sell do not accept returns of these items (except in the case of incorrect or defective items). (800) 381-2982

For those manufacturers that accept NON DAMAGED returns, the following information applies. All returns must be in original packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a refund less return shipping charges and a maximum 15% factory re-stocking fee if applicable. After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase less return shipping fees and factory re-stocking fees if applicable. We never keep your credit card information on file so you will receive a call from one of our Customer Service Experts to process your refund.

Return shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items). Shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Due to shipping costs, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for orders delivered beyond the continental USA.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items - 14 Day's From Delivery Policy

When your order arrives, be sure to inspect it to ensure that you received the correct products and that they were not damaged during transit. If you notice damages, be sure to note the damages with the delivery driver before you sign for it and contact our customer service department immediately. Although we experience very little concealed damages, we recommend (for large truck LTL deliveries) that you sign the delivery receipt notating "Pending Inspection". If you experience concealed damage, notating this for future reference will assist us with your claim process.

We know that sometimes it's not possible to notice all discrepancies before unpacking everything, long after the carrier has left. In such a case, please contact our Customer Service Experts within 14 days of delivery and they will be happy to address the situation.

In all cases of damaged and incorrect shipments, we will gladly replace the item and the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange.

Repackaging and Shipping your Returns

After contacting us to process a return and get you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you will need to prepare your item for shipment. Please repack the item to be returned securely in the original packaging. Please write your RMA number in large characters on the outside of the box. Make sure the package is fully sealed before shipping. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.

Our Customer Service Experts will arrange to have the item picked up from your home. No need to take the item and have it shipped yourself; we'll take care of the legwork. Remember that return shipping charges and factory restocking fees (if applicable) are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items).
