Caluco Furniture will ship to anywhere in the continental USA within two weeks of the order date. Items without cushions are shipped within 48 hours; items that include cushions are shipped within 14 business days to allow for manufacturing of custom cushions. Please allow 5 - 7 days for ground transportation to your location. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Los Angeles area. Customers are provided tracking numbers so they can track their order. For expedited shipping please contact customer service.
We carefully inspect, protectively wrap, and hand-pack all furniture at our warehouse before shipping. Most items will arrive in boxes pre-assembled in protective wrapping. Some items (such as tables) may require assembly; these items include hardware and instructions.
We have less than 0.5% freight damage thanks to our meticulous packaging protocols; however, there may occasionally be accidental damage. Please inspect your delivery carefully upon receipt. Please note and document any damages or shortages on the carrier's receipt, and specify if any cartons are crushed, ripped or open.

Many of the products we offer are customizable, with cushions that are made-to-order. As a result, some of the manufacturers we sell do not accept returns of these items (except in the case of incorrect or defective items). (800) 381-2982
For those manufacturers that accept NON DAMAGED returns, the following information applies. All returns must be in original packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a refund less return shipping charges and a maximum 15% factory re-stocking fee if applicable. After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase less return shipping fees and factory re-stocking fees if applicable. We never keep your credit card information on file so you will receive a call from one of our Customer Service Experts to process your refund.
Return shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items). Shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Due to shipping costs, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for orders delivered beyond the continental USA.
When your order arrives, be sure to inspect it to ensure that you received the correct products and that they were not damaged during transit. If you notice damages, be sure to note the damages with the delivery driver before you sign for it and contact our customer service department immediately. Although we experience very little concealed damages, we recommend (for large truck LTL deliveries) that you sign the delivery receipt notating "Pending Inspection". If you experience concealed damage, notating this for future reference will assist us with your claim process.
We know that sometimes it's not possible to notice all discrepancies before unpacking everything, long after the carrier has left. In such a case, please contact our Customer Service Experts within 14 days of delivery and they will be happy to address the situation.
In all cases of damaged and incorrect shipments, we will gladly replace the item and the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange.
After contacting us to process a return and get you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you will need to prepare your item for shipment. Please repack the item to be returned securely in the original packaging. Please write your RMA number in large characters on the outside of the box. Make sure the package is fully sealed before shipping. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
Our Customer Service Experts will arrange to have the item picked up from your home. No need to take the item and have it shipped yourself; we'll take care of the legwork. Remember that return shipping charges and factory restocking fees (if applicable) are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items).
The following limited warranties are extended to the original residential use purchaser and does not apply to floor samples. This warranty does not apply to commercial use. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Warranties are non-transferable to a subsequent owner. Pictures or inspection may also be required. These warranties supersede all previous warranties. In some cases, there will be a pro-rated charge for the time the product was in use. All furniture should be stored in an upright position to allow for proper water drainage. Storing furniture upside down may cause water to accumulate and freeze inside the frame, leading to serious structural damage that is not covered by warranty. Caluco may discontinue any component part such as fabric, paint, etc. at any time.
10-Year Limited Warranty
If the cast aluminum frame fails structurally (i.e., broken frame or welds) under normal use or conditions, and falls within the warranty period, and identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective frame. After one year from the date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for packing and shipping cost. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. Caluco does not warrant against damage caused by acts of nature, exposure to extreme climate conditions, ocean air, exposure to suntan oil or other chemicals, normal fading or weathering, scratching or chipping of the finish.
3-Year Limited Warranty
If the woven resin or teak furniture fails structurally (i.e., broken frame, welds or resin) or if the weave unravels or fades excessively under normal use or conditions and it falls within the warranty period, and identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective frame. After one year from the date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for packing and shipping cost. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective cushion. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care.
